Payment details, processed securely by Lemon Squeezy through Stripe’s secure payment network (we do not store your card information).
Technical details required to set up and maintain your website in Framer, such as account access credentials (when explicitly provided) or project URLs.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve our web design services.
To communicate about your projects, updates, and support.
To maintain your account, subscription, and billing records.
To set up and manage your Client Portal account in Orchestra.
To configure and manage your Framer website according to your project requirements.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with:
Lemon Squeezy, for payment processing and tax compliance, using Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
Orchestra, for secure project management and communication.
Framer, for website hosting, publishing, and technical configuration when your project requires it.
4. Data Security
We apply standard security measures to protect your data. However, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and you use our services at your own risk.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain project records or portfolio archives. Credentials or temporary access provided for Framer accounts are securely deleted upon project completion or at your request.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@gridconcept.co.
7. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically and will notify you of any material changes.
