Welcome to Grid. By accessing and using our website, client portal, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Grid provides a subscription-based web design service specializing in Framer websites for businesses. All services are delivered digitally and managed through our Client Portal (powered by Orchestra).
2. Subscription & Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record, managing billing, receipts, and applicable taxes.
All transactions are handled securely through Stripe’s global payment infrastructure, ensuring industry-standard security and reliability.
An active subscription is required to request and receive design work. Pausing or canceling your subscription will immediately suspend all ongoing work until reactivated.
3. Revisions & Scope
We offer unlimited revisions within reasonable scope, meaning iterative improvements to the same request. Significant new features or projects may require separate requests or additional time.
4. Client Portal Access
Your subscription includes access to our Client Portal in Orchestra. Portal access is granted once your account is created and remains active only while your subscription is current. Failure to pay or maintain your subscription will result in suspension of portal access.
5. Ownership & Licensing
Upon full payment, you receive all rights to the final deliverables. Grid retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Any files, information, or data you provide will be kept confidential and used solely to fulfill your design requests.
7. Framer Subscription
Client is responsible for maintaining an active Framer subscription appropriate for their website’s needs. Grid will recommend the correct plan during onboarding based on the project’s requirements, but the subscription must be purchased and managed directly by the client. Failure to maintain an active Framer plan may result in service interruptions or inability to publish updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grid is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services beyond the total amount paid under your active subscription.
9. Third-Party Services
By using our services, you acknowledge that we rely on third-party platforms such as Lemon Squeezy (payment processing via Stripe) and Orchestra (client portal). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
